2. Data collected and purposes of processing
a) Event registration form
Data collected: first name, last name, phone number, email address and number of people attending.
Purpose: to manage your registration for the in-person INFINITUM Roadshow event, to be held on Thursday 5 November 2026 from 14:00 to 19:00 at Juno House Club, Barcelona; to send you the official invitation required for entry; to inform you of any changes relating to the event; and to offer you personalised real estate advice on the INFINITUM project and on investing in Spain.
Legal basis: the data subject’s consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

3. Retention period
Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, where applicable, to address any legal liabilities. Once the relationship has ended, the data will remain blocked for the legally established limitation periods.

GG Estate Barcelona, S.L. will not disclose your data to third parties except in the following cases:
• Where there is a legal obligation to disclose it to the competent authorities.
• To technology and web hosting service providers acting as data processors, under contract and with full guarantees of GDPR compliance (including Wix.com Ltd., the platform on which this website is built).
• To INFINITUM, as developer and co-organiser of the event, and to real estate partners in Spain where necessary to manage the event or the transaction requested by the user, always with the user’s knowledge.
No international transfers of data are made outside the European Economic Area, except those inherent in the use of technology platforms with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
5. Rights of data subjects
Users may exercise the following rights at any time and free of charge:

Where the user has given consent, GG Estate Barcelona, S.L. may send commercial communications about properties, news from the Costa Dorada real estate market and other related services. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to contact@ggbarcelona.com.
8. Changes
